
The Giv'Er Process
Ordering custom apparel shouldn’t feel complicated. We’ve been helping businesses, teams, events and brands bring their ideas to life for over 20 years. Our process is clear, efficient, and built to make sure you get exactly what you need.
STEP ONE: GET IN TOUCH
Tell us about your project. Ideas at the ready, designs created? Use our Intake Form to send us all the details and one of our Account Managers will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a custom quote.

STEP TWO: DESIGN & ARTWORK
Once we’ve nailed the details of your project including garment select, quantities etc. We then bring your design to life.
We’ll create a digital artwork proof showing exactly how your artwork will look on your selected garments:
✔ Two rounds of revisions included
✔ Fine-tune placement, sizing, and colour
✔ Clear communication throughout
Our goal? Make sure you’re 100% stoked before we print. Please note while we can assist with creative layouts, garment suggestions, and print color ideas, we do not offer in-house graphic design or branding services. If you would like a recommendation for local designers, our Account Managers will be happy to assist.
STEP THREE: APPROVAL & DESIGN WORK
Once you approve your artwork, garments, sizes and quantities, we’ll send your deposit invoice.
● Orders under $1,500 require payment in full
● Orders over $1,500 require a 50% deposit upfront
Your order is then officially locked in.
Please note: changes cannot always be accommodated after order confirmation.
STEP FOUR: TIME TO GIV'ER!
Your garments are ordered and production begins!
Our typical turnaround times from order confirmation to production complete is 3-6 weeks. Your Account Manager will keep you updated along the way. Need it faster? Let us know - rush options may be available.
STEP FIVE: DELIVERY
Once your order is complete:
✔ You’ll receive an email from our team confirming order completion
✔ Your final invoice will be sent
✔ Pick-up in person or we will ship your order directly to you
