​PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • What is the minimum order?

    • Our minimum order is 12 items.

  • Do all 12 items have to be the same size and colour?

    • No, as long as the design/ink colour works on all garments selected, you can order different sizes, colours and styles. 

  • What can I print on?

    • Let your imagination run wild as we can print on almost anything, as long as we can fit it under our print-press. Our most common orders are for t-shirts and hoodies, but pants, shorts, polos, work uniforms and more are also available. If you’re not sure which garment to choose, our expert Account Managers are happy to lend a hand. 

  • Do you offer embroidery?

    • Yes! We offer embroidery along with other embellishment methods. Send us an inquiry and we’ll guide you though our options, and find the best solution for your project. 

  • Which brands can I use for my garments?

    • We only work with the best brands, the ones that will give the high quality finish your project deserves.  Some of the brands we work with include: KAVU, Bella + Canvas, Independent, Gildan, Comfort Colours, Next Level.  See below for a full list of brands we work with.

MY ORDER

  • When will I get my order?

    • Orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the specifics of your order and the time of year. Your Account Manager will gladly provide you with an estimated timeline.  

  • What if I want to change or cancel my order?

    • Once your order has been confirmed and your deposit has been paid, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Orders can be cancelled after this time, but you will be liable for any materials ordered or used, which may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • What currency will I be charged in?

    • All orders are processed in CAD.

DESIGN

  • What type of file do you need for my design?

    • We require vector files to produce the best results: .eps, .svg, .ai, .pdf.

  • What if I don't have the required file type?

    • That’s ok, we’re here to help! We can convert the file for a small additional charge. If necessary we can even recreate the artwork to get the right format. Talk with us directly if you have any concerns about artwork files. 

  • Can you design me something?

    • While we do have graphic design services, we specialize in garment decoration. Speak to us about your ideas and we’ll happily connect you with the right designer for the job, and then we can produce some awesome garments! 

SHIPPING

  • How much does shipping cost within Canada?

    • 3 - 5 Business Days Tracked Shipping estimate will be provided at the time of ordering. 

  • What if I am shipping to the USA or Internationally?

    • USA or international shipping will be calculated on an order-by-order basis. Please speak with us directly about this when placing your order.

  • Where does my order ship from?

    • We are a Canadian company and your order ships from Fernie, British Columbia. 

  • What are my shipping options?

    • We offer shipping Canada wide; we will always select the most cost-effective provider. We are happy to use any preferred providers if you have an account set up with them. Our frequently used companies would be; Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post, Stephen Express & Dacota Freight.
